Annual Boiler Inspection Overhauls
- Report to on site boiler personal.
- Ensure boilers are off line and isolated by on site staff
- Open up water and smoke spaces
- Disassemble all required valves for insurance inspection.
- Open up boiler water level gauge mountings. clean out water ports.
- Fit new gauge glasses and seals. fit new glass fibre seal tape where required.
- Reassemble all valves, fit new seals, and secure same.
- Fill boiler and apply cold hydraulic test. examine all seals for leaks.
- Fire boiler and test out all water level safety controls, and burner lockout safety.
- Steam boiler to safety valve lift.
