SuperRac

The boiler model SuperRac are designed for heating plant with hot water, with working pressure 6 Bar, on request also 8 or 10 bar. For models 93, 105 and 150 the working pressure is 5 bar ( on request 8 bar).

These are monobloc boilers three smoke pass ( two passes in combustion chamber), with pressurized combustion, made with quality material and with most advanced technologies in order to obtain a lead product; equipped with wide furnace at flame reverse, these boilers can work with heavy oil, light oil or LPG/ gas burners, and also in low NOx ( with smokes recirculation in the combustion head).

For the boilers SuperRac have been adopted in the project some solutions to grant a long duration: furnace back completely wet and furnace that can expand longitudinally to bear the heavy dilatation of working; connection for starting condensate discharge placed on smoke chamber; tube nest projecting from the back plate to preserve the welding from corrosion of condensate; internal course of the water studied in order to cool the anterior part and increase the temperature in the rear part of the boiler to reduce the starting condensate.

The turbolators of new concept and of very high efficiency, made in stainless steel AISI 430, designed to optimize the heat exchange, permit an increase in the efficiency, with consequent reduction of consumption and an efficiency more than 90%.

The maintenance is easy thanks to the wide hanging front door, on wchich is fitted the burner. The smoke chamber is bolted, equipped with cleaning door, connection for condensete discharge of smokes and totally dismountable. The insulation of the body is made with mineral wool mattress at high insulating power of thickness 60mm; the external protection is made of prepainted steel sheet panels, which cover the entire body.

The boilers SuperRac are equipped with wired instrument panel, placed on the boiler, containing the thermometre and safety and thermostats for the automatic working. On request it is possible to add the climatic regulation controller complete with external probe for the working at changing temperature.
