Renick Engineering - Annual Boiler Inspection Overhauls

• Report to on site boiler personal.
• Ensure boilers are off line and isolated by on site staff
• Open up water and smoke spaces
• Disassemble all required valves for insurance inspection.
• Open up boiler water level gauge mountings. clean out water ports.
• Fit new gauge glasses and seals. fit new glass fibre seal tape where required.
• Reassemble all valves, fit new seals, and secure same.
• Fill boiler and apply cold hydraulic test. examine all seals for leaks.
• Fire boiler and test out all water level safety controls, and burner lockout safety.
• Steam boiler to safety valve lift.
