Steam Boiler BHP Boilers BHP are designed, manufactured and homologated according to the Directive 97/23/CE relative to the pressure equipment (PED) and are suitable for the production of dry saturated steam up to the pressure of 11,8 bar (on request up to 14.7 bar). These generators are monobloc, type at reserve flame (pressurized combustion) and equipped with a wide furnace with wet back, suitable for using liquid and gaseous fuel; the high efficiency (90%) is obtained throught innovative turbulators at high efficiency inserted in the smoke tubes. Boilers have a wide smoke chamber to satisfy better the sudden steam requrements, the steam is always dry saturated thanks to an effective humidity separator placed before the exit. The maintenance operation are facilitated from the big hinging front door, on which is connected the burner. Also the smoke chamber is bolted, equipped with a small door for cleaning , which is totally dismountable. The external insulation with galvanized aluminium steel sheet (on request in stainless steel) gives a good aspect to the boiler and protects the high insulating covering made of high density rockwool. BHP Boilers are equipped with all the necessary accessories for the automatic function. On request it is possible to integrate this equipment to satisfy particular requirements.
