Steam Boiler SB/V SB/V Boilers are designed, manufactured and homologated according to the Directive 97/23/CE relative to the pressure equipment (PED) and are suitable for the production of dry saturated steam up to the pressure of 11,76 bar ( on request up to 14,7 bar). These boilers are at three smoke passes (pressurized combustion - low Nox) and equipped with wide furnace at passing flame with wet inversion chamber; suitable for using liquid and gaseous fuel; the high thermal efficiency (90%) is obtained through the wide exchange surface and through a careful study of the second and third smoke pass, without using turbolators in the tubes. All the tube plates are hot welt and cold with further heat treatment. Boilers have a wide smoke chamber to satisfy better the sudden steam requirement; the steam is always dry saturated thanks to an effective humidity separator placed before the exit. The operation of maintenance are facilitated from big hinged front doors *on request it is possible to have only one big front door), while the smoke chamber is equipped with bolted doors for cleaning, which are totally dismountable (on request can be hinged). The external insulation with galvanized alluminium steel sheet (on request in stainless steel) gives a good aspect to the boiler and protects the high insulating covering made of high density rockwool. SB/V Boilers are equipped with all necessary accessories for the automatic function. On request it is possible to integrate this equipment to satisfy particular requirements. Details  Technical info
